n 1991, Angelo came to a crossroads in his life. Born in Citta Sant Angelo, Pescara, Abruzzo on the Adriatic side of Italy, Angelo always had a passion for food.
After an illustrious career that spanned from The Montreaux Palace in Switzerland to The Ritz Hotel in London, Angelo wasn’t sure whether he
should move back to Italy or explore The Oceania with his wife. Adventure called – and they decided to explore the Oceania,
and Angelo found himself in Sydney, working as restaurant manager at Machiavelli Ristorante for 17 years.
