On the magnificent shores of Pittwater, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. It is around a one hours drive north of Sydney’s CBD.

– One of Sydney’s premier Yacht Clubs is known for its world class marina facilities catering for yachts and cruisers. However, there are excellent amenities for all members, even those who don’t own a boat, including swimming pool, BBQ area, restaurants and bars and a great sense of camaraderie for all.

A la carte dining is held on the 1st Friday of each month in the Top Deck Restaurant. Quarterdeck Brasserie is open daily from 10am till around 8.30pm, serving a fine selection of cuisine. It is situated on the ground level, with indoor dining plus alfresco seating in the Garden Forecourt area. This outdoor area is beside the pool-perfect for watching the children swimming. (The pool is for members and their families only). Although this is area is considered alfresco, it is covered and sheltered. There are three stylish bars to choose from, all with views over the marina. The Chandon Lounge on level 2 opens from 3pm till late Monday through Thursday, and from 12 noon till 3pm Fridays through Sunday, often featuring live music on Friday evenings. The Mariners Bar, also on level 2 is more casual and shares the same opening hours. The Garden Bar’s is situated beside the Brasserie Restaurant and offers a reasonably priced selection of wines, beers and spirits.

– The Royal Motor Yacht Club provides excellent facilities for weddings, cocktail parties and business meetings. The Top Deck Function Room is the most spectacular function venue in the club, accommodating 200 guest’s banquet style or 160 cabaret style whilst the smaller Executive Boardroom is ideal for corporate events, for up to 50 guests. The Compass Waterfront Terrace and the undercover Garden Forecourt are also ideal for weddings or casual functions. There is a range of cocktail, set menus and buffet menus to suit all budgets. The dedicated functions team will assist you with every facet of your important event.
