Great rooms, great amenities, and especially great staff. Management are so helpful and extremely diligent at keeping a peaceful and quiet place to stay. I was one of the people woken up by loudmouths last night and management handled the situation perfectly. Thank you.
Old run down joint, rotten old furnishings, bathroom with dirty shower, large cracks in shower screen, mould. Noisy aircon. The operator of the motel has no idea of customer service. I think people stay there only because it's across the road from Bellara Reception Venue. Motel operator threatened us with eviction for talking "loudly", then with extra charges, then finally the Police! We've never stayed anywhere that has a ban on talking! After her gestapo type brain fade, We talked to her and she calmed down, but damage was done... why are people like her in Hospitality? Don't stay at Eltham Motel......
