Happened to book myself and 12 guests in for dinner as historically this pub has done a fine job...but was disappointed last night The staff person who took our order was too busy being distracted my a mate whom he felt he needed to chat to whilst taking our order! Needless to say our food was stuffed up, steaks not cooked to our liking -we were all to have medium cooked steaks! Some meals were cold...as we asked for our meals to come out together which seemed to be a big ask! At best the steaks were medium to well...not medium to rare as requested. Tried to redeem themselves but kept dropping the ball as mishap after mishap kept happening. Average evening at best - service delivery needs considerable improvement..a disappointing birthday
