Please treat this review from a caravaners perspective. Wonderful park on the edge of lake Hume. Amenities are nice and clean. The place has a lagoon type pool for swimming in but most activities surround the lake if you have a boat to use. Sites are half under trees. Other half not. Easily recommend this place.
Really nice and peaceful campground by the lake. Excellent staff and amenities. Special thank you goes to the lady who served us on the 21st of March in the evening when we checked in (around 6 pm). She was really helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to everyone! Than you!

Boathaven Holiday Park has some interesting information on why Australia is called the land down under?
Australia is known as 'the land Down Under' for its position in the southern hemisphere. The discovery of Australia began when European explorers searched for land under the continent of Asia. Before Australia was discovered, it was known as Terra Australis Incognita the unknown southern land.
