Wonderful place. We were here two nights. The check-in is up the road on Toorak Road and they gave us a pack that explained everything. The apartment was one bedroom with a small kitchen and dining room table, and a living area with two couches. The couches are about the size of a long single bed and were very very comfortable for sleeping. We requested that the towels were put into a swan shape (like in their advertising pictures) and they did it. Wonderful.
I have stayed with the South Yarra Apartments for the very first time but will certainly be back. It's great value for money: spacious apartment - top location. Also you get outstanding customer service. I called the internet provider after hours as I had trouble connecting some devices and they have been very supportive and professional. Highly recommended!
Apartments of South Yarra has some interesting information on why Australia is called the land down under?
Australia is known as 'the land Down Under' for its position in the southern hemisphere. The discovery of Australia began when European explorers searched for land under the continent of Asia. Before Australia was discovered, it was known as Terra Australis Incognita the unknown southern land.
