Bit disappointing this time. We stayed here for a week at easter last year, and it was great, which is why we rebooked. unfortunately this time they weren't very organised. At the time of booking we advised we would be there at 2pm, which is their normal check in time. We received a text on the morning asking us to confirm our expected arrival time. We advised again 2.00pm. We arrived at 2.50pm and our room was not ready and they did not have another similar one they could give us. We were traveling with a 10 day old baby and were on our way to a wedding at 4pm. As I advised them, we needed to change and shower and then head off by 4pm, so we couldn't wait until the room was ready. We were given a cabin to shower/change in, however we had to pack all of our stuff back into our car as we weren't staying in that room, and wouldnt be back from the wedding until late. This made us late for the wedding. Having the room 1.5 hours after check in time is unnacceptable. We were offered an 11am checkout for the inconvenience, unfortunately this doesn't really cut it.. Sorry beacon resort, I think we'll try the other big 4 next time.
