The bathroom is equipped with spa bath and separate shower, and a Miele washer and dryer. All cutlery, crockery and linen are all supplied.
The property is unfenced with seven acres of bush with roughly a third cleared for the house, barbecue area, tennis court and nine-metre pool. Adjoining properties on three sides are largely uncleared and the fourth side adjoins state forest.
There are two dog kennels (medium size) and it is expected that owners have restraining leads, or small dogs can be locked up on the upstairs decking.
