Great location but that was the best of my experience. Very disappointing. Hardly anyone in the park with 40 degree weekend. the pool was absolutely filthy everyday never got cleaned that would take 10 min. the toilet block was so dirty and was never cleaned once in three days, toilet seats were all nearly falling off and on the way out never even got asked how my stay was just "checking out". And went to three bbq's and all out of gas!
Bridgewater Public Caravan Park has some interesting information on why Australia is called the land down under?
Australia is known as 'the land Down Under' for its position in the southern hemisphere. The discovery of Australia began when European explorers searched for land under the continent of Asia. Before Australia was discovered, it was known as Terra Australis Incognita the unknown southern land.
